The Nue is from Japanese mythology, it has the head of a Monkey, body of a Raccoon Dog, legs of a Tiger and a tail that is a snake. It's almost similar to the Chimaira.
The Nue features in the Chaos Shogun story as an enemy to Tsutsumu Rai (antagonist of the Code of Honor series) whom he encounters at the ruins of the Imperial Gardens.
