Twister from Fear Fable 0: Urchins

Concept of one of the Urchins: Twister - Ripping away his mask to inflict a brutal onslaught upon his prey. All of the Urchins have the same power/abilities, but use them differently; Twister's use of his power is simply, that he can twist, distort and deconstruct anything or anyone in his way. He's also the most aggressive of the Urchins.
